A beautiful, placid Madonna wearing a striped scarf, an ornately striped green shawl over red sleeves, and a blue skirt seated in a chair.  She hugs the baby Jesus (in yellow) close to her, and the infant St. John the Baptist leans on her knee in an attitude of prayer. From a Raphael painting. The section outside the circular design is not stitched.  Use white fabric.
