Meet My Customers

Although I treat all of my customers as extended family, I call each that I serve “customers” to keep with my customer-oriented philosophy: I do everything with the customers in mind first. I measure customer satisfaction and customer service and build my services around customer responses. I recognize that it is a privilege to serve the individuals that I work with and not a right: each individual I serve has a choice regarding how they receive their products, and I am honored that they choose Sandra's Stitch Stash.

This is Doreen L., she is Canadian and has been cross stitching for over 30 yrs. She loves to stitch, sew, quilt and travel.

This is Jodi, she is from Chanute, Kansas and has been stitching for 31 years. She says that her cousin tried teaching her plastic canvas but she couldn't get the hang of it, but another cousin told her about cross stitching so she taught herself. Her favorite designer is Sue Hillis and she LOVE's Stoney Creek books.  She likes animals, snarky, anything colorful, home and family patterns and only does cross stitching.

This is Sandra Z., she is from Toledo, Ohio and has been stitching off and on since she was a child. Her mom, aunt and grandma all taught her. She don't really have a favorite designer but likes to stitch fantasy, paintings, oriental and numerous other things. She also does Origami, Bookbinding, Chainmaile Jewelry, and other crafts. She says she come from a crafting family and that she loves seeing other people keeping these crafts alive.
Sandra says that, "SSS treats you like family and not just an average customer. I'm happy I found a stitching family."
Sandy, I love having you as a stitching sister also.

Sandy is also a model stitcher for Austin Thread Crafts. She is currently stitching Vigilance Devine from our Featured Artist, Christy Harris. Here is Sandy's progress so far.

 

This is Nancy P., she lives in Metter, Georgia and has been stitching for around 30 years. She is self taught and learned how to cross stitch when she picked up a small kit of a whale from a store near a Doctors office that she was working at as a medical Assistant back in the early to mid 1970's and has been stitching since. She says her favorite designers would have to be My Big Toe, Sue Hillis and Diane Arthurs.  She has no favorite subjects but just stitches whatever strikes her fancy at the moment. She also does crochet mostly, but would like to learn knitting and maybe tatting.

Usually when you order and pay you receive your order within 2 to 3 days and are provided tracking info.
