Halloween Hats pattern

I haven’t stitched it yet but it will be cute with a witch hat quilt I made last year. The pattern arrived quickly. I’ve bought a few patterns from Sandra’s Stitch Stash and have always been very pleased with the patterns and my finished projects. I highly recommend this shop!
