On the banks of the River Seine in Paris you can find The Statue of Liberty given to the city in 1889. a smaller replica of the Statue of Liberty in New York Harbour a gift to the United States by the people of France in 1886. This attractive picture could be of either.

This design, by Marc Saastad, is worked in only one shade of stranded cottons with the background of specially dyed fabric. The pattern uses whole cross stitch and backstitch over 77 by 203 stitches (Estimate Fabric Size). The chart pack has the large scale charts printed over three A4 pages and detailed instructions.
