The perfect Christmas tree for the perfect time of year! Celebrate the true meaning of Christmas with this stunning design in a shape of a tree, formed by the words, “For unto you is born this day in the City of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord”.

In between the words are little angels, the fan specialty stitch and strings of garland made with Mill Hill beads and treasures.  It really is quite pretty and has lots of sparkle.

Fabric: Stitched on 28 count “Crystal Jade” Cashel Linen hand-dyed by Picture This Plus.

Stitch Count: 182w X 255h

Materials Summary: Uses a total of 1 color of Caron Waterlilies, 4 colors of Kreinik #4 Very Fine Braid, and 2 colors of Sullivans USA/Anchor/or DMC floss.  Also includes 5 colors and types of beads, 1 glass treasure and 1 crystal treasure (all by Mill Hill).

Matting and/or Framing: The custom Christmas tree frame is silver-leafed with a warm rich gold wash and double copper edging to enhance the threads chosen in the design. At the bottom of the tree is a fabric area where the stitcher could stitch their initials and the date.  The remnant of fabric used in the mini-base was taken from the bottom of the purchased fat quarter (18″ X 27″).  Allow a 2 1/4″ square of fabric for the mini-base.  Frame and/or framing services available for purchase from Cindy Dunlow Frames, Six Gun Plaza , 4901 E.
